  1. This allows you to display all thumbnails or restrict the display to either selectd or marked ones.

  4. The meaning of 'All' is always 'all the curently displayed thumbnails' except for 'display All'
  5.  
  6. for example if three thumbnails are 'marked' and you choose 'Display Marked' then 'Select All'; when you switch to display the whole catalog, then only the three marked thumbnails are selected.
